Returns & Refunds

If your order is damaged upon delivery

All of our products are quality inspected and packed carefully to ensure that they arrive to you in perfect condition. Unfortunately, occasionally damages may occur during transit that are beyond our control.

If your goods arrive damaged, please contact us at enquiries@lovelygifts.com.au within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you. If we do not have an exact replacement in stock you will be able to choose between a full refund ( excluding delivery costs ) or a credit towards another purchase. Please note that in some cases, we may require a digital photo of the damaged item also to be forwarded. We may also request that you send us the damaged item(s) and we will refund you the cost of returning them to us.

In the event that you choose a refund, the full cost of the item ( excluding delivery costs ) will be made available via direct deposit into your bank account or by cheque.


If you have changed your mind

Generally, we do not issue refunds for products if you have simply changed your mind or made an incorrect choice. However, decisions are made on a case by case basis so you should contact us on enquiries@lovelygifts.com.au within 48 hours of delivery and provide the details of your reason for requesting a refund.

In the event that we accept to issue a refund, it will be your responsibility to return the item(s) to us in an unused condition in their original undamaged packaging at your cost. It is also your responsibility to ensure the item(s) are securely packaged to ensure safe delivery to us. Upon receipt of the returned item(s), a refund ( excluding original delivery costs ) will be made available via direct deposit to your bank account or by cheque. We will request your preferred method and details at this time.

Other concerns

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase but do not necessarily want to return the item(s), please contact us at enquiries@lovelygifts.com.au and we will do everything possible to rectify the problem.
